Privacy Policyhow we handle your information

Effective September 29, 2026Last updated September 29, 2026

1Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how North Coast Family Wellness, LLC, doing business as Legacy Women’s Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Practice”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit legacywithdramy.com (the “Site”), sign up to receive our emails, message us on social media, or request a complimentary Discovery Call.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please discontinue use of the Site.

You can reach us at:

2This Policy Does Not Cover Your Patient Records

Important distinction. If you become a patient of the Practice, the health information created and maintained in the course of your care is handled under a separate document — our Notice of Privacy Practices — and under applicable federal and Ohio law, not under this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs only the public website, our email list, our social media accounts, and inquiries made before a treatment relationship exists.

If you are a current patient and have questions about your medical records, please contact us through the patient portal rather than through the Site.

3Please Do Not Send Health Details Through the Website

Email, website contact forms, and social media direct messages are not secure or confidential channels. Please do not use them to send detailed symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, or other sensitive health information. Share only what is necessary to schedule a call or ask a general question, and save the details for your appointment or the patient portal.

Some replies on our social media accounts are sent automatically (see Section 4.1), and those conversations are not monitored in real time. If you reply to an automated message, please keep the same guidance in mind.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site to seek emergency care.

4Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a Discovery Call, join our email list, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your preferred appointment date and time
  • The general reason for your inquiry, if you choose to share it
  • Anything else you include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website host and analytics tools may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, how long you stay, and the website that referred you. See Section 7 for more on cookies.

4.1Social Media and Automated Replies

When you comment on, message, or follow our social media accounts, we receive the information the platform makes available to us, such as your username, profile picture, and the content of your message or comment.

We may use automated messaging tools on some platforms. For example, if you comment a keyword on a post, you may receive an automatic direct message with a link or resource. These automated replies are generated by software, not by a member of our team, and the conversations are not monitored in real time. Please do not rely on an automated reply for medical advice or for anything urgent.

Each social media platform also collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We encourage you to review those policies and your privacy settings on each platform.

5How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Schedule and confirm Discovery Calls and send related reminders
  • Send the newsletters, resources, and updates you signed up for
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Understand which content is helpful so we can create more of it
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to help run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, scheduling, email marketing, form handling, and analytics providers. They may access your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Practice, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If the Practice is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, information collected through the Site may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your permission.

7Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device — to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and help us understand how visitors use the Site.

We may use analytics services that collect information about your visits in aggregate form. These services may set their own cookies. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels to collect health information, and we do not allow third parties to use the Site to build advertising profiles based on the pages you view about health topics.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

8Our Email List

If you join our email list, we will send you newsletters, educational content, and occasional updates about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at support@legacywithdramy.com and ask to be removed.

Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as confirmations or reminders about a call you booked.

9How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. For example, we keep email list information until you unsubscribe, and we keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

10How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect through the Site. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This is one more reason we ask you not to send sensitive health information through the Site, email, or social media (see Section 3).

11Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal requirement to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

To make a request, email support@legacywithdramy.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for exercising these choices.

12Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, such as our scheduling tool, the patient portal, or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we may also let you know through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
